Role Description The Tutor Acquisition Trainee will support the end-to-end process of identifying, engaging, and onboarding qualified tutors across various subject areas. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing tutor profiles through online platforms and networks, screening applications against defined criteria, coordinating interviews and demo sessions, and maintaining accurate records in recruitment and CRM tools. The role also involves collaborating with internal academic teams to understand tutor requirements, assisting in drafting tutor partnership communications,



and contributing to process improvements for tutor acquisition and retention.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, requiring close coordination with team members and stakeholders to meet tutor onboarding targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to build professional relationships.
- Candidates should possess basic recruitment and sourcing skills, such as screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and evaluating tutor suitability.
- Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills, including data entry, documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with digital tools, such as office productivity software, online collaboration platforms, and social media for outreach.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand tutor requirements and match them to learner needs.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; prior experience or internships in recruitment, education, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Hyderabad, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced educational environment.
