- Partner with business and technology leaders to drive engineering strategy and modernization across Treasury Wholesale Banking and Digital Services platforms
- Define and drive strategic technology direction aligned with enterprise goals and standards
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to guide innovation and solution selection
- Oversee design development implementation and support of scalable software solutions
- Evaluate and recommend build vs
- buy decisions outsourcing strategies and cloud adoption where appropriate
- Own end to end delivery of technology solutions ensuring alignment with business needs and enterprise objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design impactful enterprise wide solutions




- Plan and manage budgets to achieve financial and operational objectives
- Lead and develop senior engineering teams including performance management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage the full application lifecycle ensuring scalability flexibility and cost efficiency
- Identify assess and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory requirements
