Role Description The Trainer – Data Science with AI will deliver classroom-based training in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence concepts and tools at Naresh i Technologies’ Hyderabad campus. This full-time, on-site role involves designing and updating course curricula, preparing instructional materials, and conducting interactive lectures, labs, and workshops. The trainer will guide learners through projects, explain complex topics in a clear manner, and provide regular assessments, feedback, and mentoring to support successful course completion and placement readiness.





The role includes staying current with industry trends, integrating real-world use cases into training, collaborating with other trainers, and contributing to continuous improvement of training programs and learning resources.

Qualifications

- Strong background in Science Education with the ability to connect concepts to data science and AI applications.
- Solid foundation in Mathematics, including statistics, linear algebra, and basic probability relevant to data science.
- Experience as a Qualified Teacher or trainer, with proven skills in classroom management and learner engagement.
- Ability to perform effective Lesson Planning, designing structured modules, labs, and assessments.
- Hands-on experience with data science and AI tools (e.g., Python, libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch).
- Practical knowledge of machine learning concepts, model evaluation, and deployment basics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills, with a learner-centric approach.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in technical training, corporate training, or academic teaching in data-related domains is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Hyderabad and adjust to flexible schedules as per batch requirements.
