Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Kozhikode.

The Travel

Consultant will advise clients on travel options, including destinations, itineraries, accommodations, and transportation, while tailoring packages to meet individual preferences and budgets. Daily responsibilities include managing reservations, issuing tickets and vouchers, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing after-sales support, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel products, regulations, and promotions.

Consultant will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless travel experiences and meet business targets.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design and coordinate end-to-end travel solutions.
- Experience handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including itineraries, ticketing, and booking systems.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns professionally.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations, visa processes, and tourism standards.
- Proficiency with travel booking software, GDS platforms, and standard office applications.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
- Prior experience in a travel agency or tourism workplace is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
