Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Gurugram.

The Travel

Consultant will advise customers on travel options, including flights, hotels, packages, and MICE-related services, ensuring itineraries match their preferences and budgets.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, preparing and modifying reservations, issuing tickets and vouchers, and coordinating travel arrangements with suppliers. The role involves managing booking changes and cancellations,



resolving travel-related issues, and maintaining accurate records in the company’s travel management systems.

The Travel

Consultant will also contribute to sales targets, support promotional offers, and uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on problem-solving and client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of GDS/airline booking systems and online travel platforms is beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and basic proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Prior experience in a travel agency or corporate travel setting is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
