The Prospect

We are seeking experienced Leadership Development Professionals for a large-scale, long-term client engagement.

This is more than a conventional training assignment. The role involves developing leadership capabilities across mid and senior management through executive coaching, mentoring, facilitation and customised learning interventions.

What We Are Looking for:

Strong executive presence, influencing and facilitation skills.

Proven experience in leadership coaching, mentoring and capability building.

Corporate experience, preferably in MNC environments.

Strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into execution.

Excellent stakeholder management and client engagement skills.

Experience driving behavioural change,



team effectiveness and business outcomes.

Ability to conduct individual coaching and group-based interventions.

Exposure to PE-backed businesses and relevant professional certifications would be advantageous.

The engagement involves collaboration with the Bengaluru-based Learning Leader and guidance from the London-based Regional Learning Head.
