We are actively hiring Trade Operations Analysts to join our team in Gurugram.

? Experience: Minimum 1+ Years

? Job location: Gurugram

? Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days)

? Shift: US Shift (Transportation Provided for two ways)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end trade processing, including trade capture, validation, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Monitor trade settlements and resolve unmatched, failed, or pending transactions within defined timelines.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of operational activities across the trade lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, Client Service Managers, and clients to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in client calls and support operational excellence initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in finance,



Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in:
- Trade Operations
- Trade Settlements
- Middle Office Operations
- Investment Operations
- Experience interacting with clients or supporting client-facing teams.

Preferred Skills
- Solid understanding of the trade lifecycle, settlement processes, and financial instruments.
- Knowledge of SWP and CSM.
- Advanced Excel skills.
