Role: Tool Hookup Construction Project Manager

Location: Dholera (On-site)

What we are looking for

We are seeking a construction-focused Project Manager with hands-on tool hookup experience from industrial construction sites.

This role is highly field-driven, requiring robust ownership of execution and close coordination with vendors and contractors.

Key Requirements

- 4–7 years of experience in tool hookup / industrial construction / equipment installation
- Mandatory experience in tool hookup on construction sites
- Strong on-site field execution experience.
- Proven experience managing vendors, contractors, and OEMs
- Experience in utility hookup (mechanical, piping, electrical, gas, or chemical systems)
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and P&IDs;
- Strong focus on execution,



installation quality, and timelines

Core Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end tool hookup and installation activities at site
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Drive on-ground construction and hookup work, ensuring safety and quality
- Manage installation sequencing across utilities
- Resolve site issues in real time to maintain schedule

Preferred Background

- Experience in industrial construction environments (semiconductor, pharma, oil & gas, data centers, etc.)
- Exposure to high-spec utility systems is an advantage
