Role Description This is a full time, on-site Ticket Agent role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar.

The Ticket

Agent will handle domestic and international ticket bookings, including flights and related travel services, while ensuring accuracy in reservations and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers with itinerary planning, fare quotes, schedule changes, cancellations, and rebookings, as well as resolving ticket-related inquiries promptly. The role involves coordinating with airlines and other travel partners, processing payments, and maintaining up-to-date records in reservation systems.

Agent will also support sales of travel packages and services, contribute to a positive customer experience, and follow company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

- Strong ticket sales and general sales skills, with the ability to meet targets and promote travel services.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting clearly and professionally with customers and travel partners.
- Customer service skills focused on responsiveness, problem-solving, and maintaining a positive client experience.
- Reservations skills, including experience using booking systems or GDS platforms and managing itineraries.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, booking tools).
- Ability to work on-site in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in travel or ticketing is preferred; knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree or certification in travel, tourism, or hospitality is beneficial.
