Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks for web, API, and end-to-end testing.
- Lead test strategy, test planning, execution, defect management, and release validation for complex product features.
- Apply strong testing fundamentals to identify risks, uncover edge cases, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Write high-quality, maintainable code to build automation solutions, testing utilities, and engineering tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to drive a quality-first engineering culture.
- Continuously improve automation coverage, test reliability, execution efficiency, and overall product quality.
- Champion innovation by evaluating and implementing modern testing approaches, including AI/GenAI-powered testing solutions.
- Contribute to developing testing best practices, coding standards, and quality engineering frameworks.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous delivery practices.
- Take ownership of quality outcomes, proactively identify improvement opportunities, and drive initiatives through completion.

Required Qualifications

- 6-10 years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, and test automation.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, including functional, integration, regression, exploratory, performance, and API testing.
- Hands-on experience with modern automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in any of these languages TypeScript,



Java, Python, or C#, with a solid understanding of software design principles.
- Experience building and maintaining scalable automation frameworks from the ground up.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, embrace challenges, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Exposure to GenAI, AI-assisted testing, Agentic Testing, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps-driven engineering organizations.
- Proven track record of driving innovation, process improvements, and automation transformation initiatives.
