Responsibilities
As Territory Sales Manager – Medical, you'll own the medical vertical in your territory and drive real impact:
- Grow revenue & market share — Hunt for new hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic centers, and convert them to Ansell's premium range (targeted sales + recurrent business).
- Build loyal relationships — Become the go-to expert for end users (surgeons, purchase heads, infection control teams) and distributors.
- Coach & empower distributors — Train their teams on Ansell products, run powerful joint calls, in-services, and promotional programs that win business.
- Strategize like a pro — Create monthly territory plans, spot new opportunities (new hospitals/projects), and use CRM (Salesforce) to stay sharp.
- Lead in the field — Network at medical exhibitions,
CMEs, trade shows, and local healthcare forums
- Budget management
- Gather market intelligence, new projects, and market research.
We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of strong field sales experience in Surgical Gloves / Medical Devices / Examination Gloves / Healthcare PPE
- Candidates should have prior experience managing the Western Mumbai territory.
- Graduation (any stream) — MBA preferred but not mandatory if you have killer sales track record
- Proven ability to convert end-users and grow distributors
- Excellent relationship-building & communication skills (you love talking to doctors & decision-makers)
- Strong planning + execution — you turn targets into wins month after month
- Comfortable with CRM tools, reporting, and data-driven selling
