The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Management Professional who can independently handle end-to-end tendering activities, from identifying opportunities to bid submission and post-tender follow-ups.

What You'll Do

- Identify and track government, PSU and institutional tender opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end tender preparation, documentation and online submissions.
- Work on government portals such as GeM, CPP Portal and other e-tendering platforms.
- Analyse tender requirements, eligibility criteria, technical specifications and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal and Technical teams for bid preparation.




- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of tenders.
- Track submitted bids, evaluation status, results and post-bid requirements.

What We're Looking For

- 3–6 years of experience in Tender Management, Bid Management or Government Procurement.
- Hands-on experience with GeM, CPP Portal and e-tendering platforms is mandatory
- Solid knowledge of technical and commercial bid preparation.
- Good understanding of EMD, Bank Guarantees and tender compliance.
- Excellent coordination, documentation and follow-up skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration or a relevant discipline.
