About the Role

Arokon Ventures is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telesales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and an interest in sales and business development.

Roles & Responsibilities

Make calls to potential customers and introduce the company's products and services.

Explain the perks of opening a Demat account and encourage interested customers to proceed.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.

Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into potential customers.





Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good communication.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.

Maintain customer records and follow-up details in Excel or CRM.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 10+2 or above.

Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.

Basic computer knowledge.

Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly approach.

Willingness to learn and achieve sales targets.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
