We are a healthcare solutions company working with hospitals and healthcare providers to streamline insurance empanelment and cashless claim management across India.

? Location: Remote (Work From Home)

? Job Role: TeleSales Specialist

⏰ Employment Type: Full-Time

? Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month

? Working Days: Monday to Saturday

? Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

? Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate

⭐ Experience: Prior experience in healthcare calling is mandatory.

? Key Responsibilities

✅ Generate leads through outbound sales calls.

✅ Connect with hospitals, clinics and healthcare providers.

✅ Explain Medworld's services and healthcare solutions to prospective clients.

✅ Identify potential business opportunities and convert leads into clients.

✅ Schedule product demonstrations and business meetings.

✅ Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain professional relationships.

✅ Maintain accurate call records, lead information and daily sales reports.





✅ Handle 100–150 outbound calls daily while achieving sales targets.

? Who Should Apply?

✔️ Previous experience in healthcare telecalling or healthcare sales is mandatory.

✔️ Experience in TPA, health insurance, hospital calling or healthcare BPO will be preferred.

✔️ Excellent communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.

✔️ Comfortable handling high-volume outbound sales calls.

✔️ Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems or MS Excel.

✔️ Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable working independently.
