Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and target-oriented Telesales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in outbound sales and lead conversion. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a solid sales mindset, and the ability to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Manage, track, and follow up with potential leads through calls and emails.
- Engage prospective customers in meaningful conversations and convert leads into successful sales.
- Explain company products and services effectively and highlight their benefits.
- Maintain and update lead status, customer interactions,



and follow-up details in the LMS tool.
- Negotiate with customers, handle objections, and address their queries to close sales.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure a good customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Telesales / Outbound Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Should have independently handled monthly sales revenue of ₹5–10 Lakhs.
- Excellent verbal communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
- High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven approach.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Fluency in Hindi, Gujarati, and English is mandatory.
