About the Role

Cygnus Advertising (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tender Executive with strong expertise in GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and a good understanding of government tendering processes.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling the complete tender lifecycle, including tender identification, documentation, bid submission, compliance, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and manage relevant tenders through GeM, CPPP, and various government e-procurement portals.
- Handle end-to-end tender processes, including bid preparation, submission, and tracking.
- Prepare and verify technical, financial, and commercial bid documents.
- Manage GeM activities, including bid participation, service/product listings, order processing, and related documentation.
- Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, terms and conditions, and submission deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect necessary documents, quotations, and approvals.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders in compliance with government guidelines.
- Monitor tender status, corrigendums, results, and post-submission follow-ups.
- Maintain proper records of tenders, submitted bids, and related documentation.

Required Skills

- Strong working knowledge of GeM portal and government e-tendering processes.




- Practical experience in handling government tenders and online bid submissions.
- Knowledge of CPPP and various State Government e-procurement portals.
- Understanding of technical bids, financial bids, EMD, tender fees, eligibility criteria, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PDF documentation, and online portal operations.
- Excellent documentation, coordination, and deadline-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Candidate Profile

- Min 3 years of relevant experience in tender management, preferably in government tenders.
- Candidates with proven hands-on experience in GeM bid submission and tender management will be strongly preferred.
- Experience in an advertising agency, service provider, or government vendor organization will be an added advantage.
- Ability to independently manage multiple tenders and work within strict deadlines.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
