Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Trivandrum. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information about services, schedule appointments, and record accurate details in call logs or systems. The role includes following up with prospective clients, responding to basic queries, and directing complex questions to appropriate team members.

The Telecaller will maintain a polite and professional phone manner, meet daily calling and follow-up targets, and coordinate with the front office or clinical staff to ensure smooth patient experiences.





Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills in relevant local languages and English, with clear and courteous telephone etiquette.
- Ability to listen actively, understand customer needs, and provide correct information or guidance.
- Basic computer proficiency, including data entry, use of call logs, and familiarity with common office software.
- Organizational skills to manage call volumes, maintain records, and follow up with clients on time.
- Customer service orientation, with patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or front office roles in healthcare or services is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in office in Trivandrum and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Minimum educational qualification of higher secondary (12th standard) or equivalent; a diploma or degree is preferred.
