We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Work-From-Home Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our remote team. In this role, you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, promote our products or services, qualify leads, and deliver a great experience to potential customers from a quiet home office.

Key Responsibilities

- Make Outbound Calls: Reach out to prospective customers, leads, or existing clients to explain company products, services, or special offers.
- Handle Inbound Queries: Answer incoming phone calls, address customer questions, and resolve issues promptly.
- Lead Conversion: Convert warm or cold leads into sales, bookings, or scheduled follow-ups.
- Maintain CRM Records: Log all customer interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules accurately in the company database or spreadsheet.
- Follow Scripts: Stick to company-approved communication guidelines and sales scripts while maintaining a polite, skilled tone.
- Achieve Targets: Meet daily/monthly calling quotas, conversion targets, or quality metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.
- Experience:



Freshers are welcome; 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, or customer support is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal communication skills in English plus regional languages (such as Hindi, Telugu, etc. depending on the target market).
- Technical Setup (Work From Home Requirements):
- A reliable smartphone or a working laptop/desktop (often with specific RAM/processor requirements depending on the employer).
- High-speed, stable internet connection (Wi-Fi).
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home with a clear headset/mic.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary Range: ₹13,000 to ₹25,000 per month (plus performance-based incentives or commissions, depending on the company and targets).
- Work Mode: 100% Work from Home / Remote (candidate may occasionally need to reside in or near a specific city/region like Hyderabad for onboarding or document verification).
- Working Hours: Adaptable shifts or standard day shifts (e.g., 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
