? Key Responsibilities:

- Contact existing and prospective members for new enrolments and membership renewals.
- Explain membership benefits, fees and application procedures.
- Follow up on enquiries, applications,



documentation and payments.
- Handle membership-related queries and coordinate with internal teams.
- Share brochures, invoices and reminders via email and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate call logs and membership records in Excel/ERP.
- Prepare daily and weekly calling and follow-up reports.

? Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate from a recognised university.
- Candidates from Commerce, Business Administration or Marketing backgrounds preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service or membership support.

✅ Required Skills:

- Good communication skills in English.
- Professional telephone etiquette and strong follow-up abilities.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, email and WhatsApp.
- Good organisational, record-keeping and time-management skills.
- A positive, service-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
