About Living Things

Living Things (incubated at SINE IIT Bombay) helps enterprises cut their electricity costs using AI and IoT. We work with leading Retail and BFSI brands.

We're looking for a confident tele-caller to call businesses and set up meetings for our team.

What you'll do

- Make 60–80 outbound calls a day to companies
- Reach the right person (facility head, admin head, finance)
- Explain briefly what we do and book a meeting with them
- Send meeting confirmations and reminders by email and WhatsApp
- Follow up on missed or rescheduled meetings
- Keep call records updated in the CRM

What we're looking for

- 1–3 years of experience in tele-calling, outbound calling or appointment setting
- Transparent, confident spoken English and fluent Hindi (Marathi or another regional language is a plus)
- Polite and patient, comfortable handling "not interested" or "send an email"
- Basic email writing and computer skills
- Graduate in any discipline
