Summary:This position involves leading comprehensive business process analysis and requirements gathering workshops with various stakeholders. The role requires evaluating business requirements and providing integrated solutions for SAP customers, designing and overseeing integration between SAP systems, and designing robust SAP Supply Chain solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead comprehensive business process analysis and requirements gathering workshops with manufacturing, quality assurance, procurement, and planning stakeholders.
- Evaluate all business requirements and develop solutions that provide an integrated approach for SAP customers.
- Design and oversee integration between SAP IBP and S/4HANA systems, including ATP, GATP, inventory, production data, and master data flows.
- Design and architect robust, scalable, and effective SAP Supply Chain solutions, developing detailed blueprints and strategic roadmaps from design through delivery.
- Configure and customize core SAP modules, including Master Data, MRP, Shop Floor Control, Repetitive Manufacturing, Inventory Management, ASN, and Capacity Planning.
- Ensure seamless integration between core SAP modules such as MM, SD, and FI/CO with planning and supply chain operational processes.




- Develop and manage comprehensive data migration strategies for relevant master and transactional data from legacy systems.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, configuration guides, and end-user training materials.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA experience.
- In-depth knowledge of ABAP development and a good understanding of SAP modules such as Finance, MM, PP, QM, SD, PLM, and APO.
- Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams.
- Experience engaging, verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Education & Qualifications:

- Project management certification such as PMP, Scrum, or other Agile certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement principles & techniques is a plus.
- Experience designing or implementing integrated automation solutions is advantageous.
