Role Description The Technical Trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that help team members and clients effectively use FAMEHUB AI’s products and technologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating training materials (presentations, manuals, guides, and exercises), conducting classroom and hands-on sessions, and adapting content for different skill levels and audiences. The role involves assessing learning needs, collecting feedback, and updating training content to keep pace with product changes and new features.

The Technical

Trainer will collaborate with product, engineering,



and operations teams to ensure technical accuracy and clarity in all training activities. This is a full time, on-site role based in Hosur.

Qualifications

- Experience in technical training roles, including Technical Trainer positions and Technical Training responsibilities.
- Strong background in Training & Development, including designing curricula and creating structured learning paths.
- Demonstrated skills in delivering effective Training sessions and workshops to diverse audiences.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language.
- Ability to use modern training tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, online collaboration tools, presentation software).
- Solid understanding of technology concepts; experience with AI, software, or IT products is an advantage.
- Proven facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable leading group sessions and one-on-one training.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple training programs and schedules.
- Willingness to work on-site in Hosur
