Hiring Brief: Technical Business Development Manager (AI Solutions)
Status: Draft for review. Fill in the [TBD] fields before posting.
- Why this title, not "Marketing Executive"
The person described (talks directly to US clients, persuasive on calls, understands AI and software) is a sales and business development role with technical depth, not a marketing role. A post titled "Marketing" attracts social-media and content candidates.
Title to post
Who it attracts
Technical Business Development Manager (AI Solutions) — recommended
Client-facing sellers who understand software
Solutions Consultant / Pre-Sales Engineer
More technical, less focused on finding new clients
Account Executive, AI & Software Services
Stronger closers, may lack technical depth
- Role summary
Own conversations with US prospects from first call to signed proposal. Run discovery calls with CTOs, VPs of Engineering and founders, translate their business problems into an AI or software project, present Neuraforz's approach confidently, and work with our engineers to scope and price the deal.

Technical Business Development Manager — AI Solutions (Remote, US clients)
Neuraforz builds custom AI and software solutions for US companies: AI agents, RAG systems, automation and full-stack products, often delivered in about 6 weeks. We're looking for a client-facing business development lead who can talk to CTOs and founders with confidence and who understands the technology we sell.
You will
- Run discovery and solution calls with US decision-makers
- Turn business problems into AI and software project proposals with our engineers
- Handle objections, negotiate and close deals
- Build pipeline through LinkedIn and targeted outreach
- Help turn client wins into case studies
You have
- Excellent spoken English and a confident, consultative style with US clients
- 3+ years in B2B sales, business development or pre-sales for IT services or SaaS
- A solid understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, AI agents) and how software projects are delivered
- Proof you've closed or driven deals with US clients
- Availability to work 6–8 hours a day during US business hours
Bonus: agency sales experience, FinTech or SaaS exposure, a technical background, a US network.
We offer: a competitive base salary plus commission on every deal you close,
direct work with the founder, remote work, and real AI projects to sell.
To apply: send your CV, a short note on the biggest deal you closed, and a 2-minute video explaining "what a RAG chatbot is" to a non-technical business owner.

During the call, raise these objections: price, data security, and "we could just hire in-house".
- Interview scorecard
Score each area from 1 to 5.
