In this position, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end technical architecture for client implementations of our Vendor Onboarding and Accounts Payable Automation platform. You will work closely with clients to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and compliant solution designs.

You will be involved in designing solution architectures, defining integration strategies, preparing architecture documentation, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and Oracle ERP. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise in microservices, REST APIs, cloud deployments, AI/ML, and OCR-based document processing workflows to deliver robust enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end technical architecture for client-specific implementations of the Vendor Onboarding and AP Automation platform.
- Design logical, physical, and deployment architectures covering vendor onboarding, invoice processing, OCR, validation, approval workflows, and exception handling.
- Prepare and maintain architecture documents, including Solution Architecture Documents (SAD), High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), system diagrams, data flow diagrams, and integration specifications.
- Design and document integrations with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and Oracle ERP.
- Define API contracts, message flows, error handling, retries, and reconciliation mechanisms.
- Define technical architecture patterns for OCR and LLM-based AI components, including invoice ingestion, data extraction, validation, and enrichment.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, high availability, security, and compliance.
- Participate in client security reviews,



architecture walkthroughs, and design discussions.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and AI/ML teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Support presales and solutioning discussions and review implementation approaches proposed by delivery teams.

Qualifications

- 8–12 years of experience in Enterprise Application Architecture or Solution Design.
- Strong experience in designing and documenting solution architectures for large and complex implementations.
- Experience working with SaaS or enterprise web applications in regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, event-driven integrations, and cloud/private-cloud deployments.
- Experience with ERP-centric ecosystems, including SAP and Oracle.
- Good understanding of authentication, authorization, role-based access control, secure data handling, and encryption.
- Knowledge of performance optimization, scalability, and fault-tolerance patterns.
- Hands-on or architectural exposure to OCR solutions, AI/ML, and LLM-based enhancement workflows.
- Ability to prepare architecture documents, technical diagrams, and integration specifications.
- Experience conducting architecture walkthroughs and design reviews.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with experience in client-facing discussions.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, DPDP, and GDPR is an added advantage.
- Exposure to workflow engines, BPM, approval systems, AP Automation, Vendor Management, or Procure-to-Pay domains is preferred.
- Experience working with OEM/product companies serving multiple enterprise clients is an advantage.
