Position: Team Leader - Google Ads

Location: Hyderabad

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader in a Google Ads process

Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 15 Days

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team supporting Google Ads operations and digital advertising campaigns.
- Drive team performance to achieve productivity, quality, and client KPIs.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, team huddles, and performance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
- Analyze reports, identify trends, and implement improvement plans.
- Handle client escalations and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.




- Prepare and present performance reports to management.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads products, policies, and campaign management.
- Proven experience in team handling, people management, and performance coaching.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of Team Leader experience in a Google Ads process.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days preferred.
- Willing to work from Hyderabad location.
