Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business development and achieve assigned business targets for the Chennai region.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the team to achieve individual and regional business goals.
- Identify and onboard new corporates onto the RXIL platform.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.
- Drive invoice discounting transactions and increase platform utilisation.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations and client servicing.
- Prepare regular business performance reports and provide updates to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the Banking/Financial Services sector.
- Prior experience in team handling and territory management.
- A good understanding of MSME financing, working capital, supply chain finance, or TReDS will be an added advantage.
- Strong networking, negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills.
- Positive knowledge of the Chennai market, with a proven ability to drive business growth.
