Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Tally Software – Online Telugu Trainer. The trainer will conduct live online sessions in Telugu, teaching learners how to use Tally software effectively for accounting, invoicing, and financial management. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans and training materials, delivering interactive classes, demonstrating Tally features, guiding learners through hands-on exercises, and answering doubts in a explicit and supportive manner.

The trainer will also assess learner progress, provide feedback, and suggest improvements to the curriculum based on participant performance and industry needs.



Collaborating with the SkillDzire team to maintain training quality and schedule consistency is an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Programming and basic Software Development relevant to understanding and explaining Tally functionalities.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Databases to explain data handling and record-keeping concepts within Tally.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Design to structure lessons and demonstrate Tally workflows in a logical manner.
- Candidates should possess skills in Testing to validate exercises, troubleshoot learner issues, and ensure correct use of Tally features.
- Proficiency in Telugu (spoken and written) and the ability to teach complex topics in simple language.
- Good understanding of accounting or financial processes and practical use of Tally software.
- Strong communication, presentation, and online teaching skills with comfort using digital training platforms.
- Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in software or accounting is preferred.
- Relevant degree or certification in commerce, computer science, or a related field is beneficial.
