Qualifications & Skills Required

•⁠ ⁠MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant qualification.

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 3+ years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment.

•⁠ ⁠Strong experience in software developer hiring and volume recruitment.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with solid stakeholder and client management abilities.

•⁠ ⁠Good negotiation, candidate management and coordination skills.

•⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean Search and other sourcing tools.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable working in rotational shifts as per business requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Manage end-to-end recruitment, from requirement gathering and JD creation to sourcing, screening,



initial interviews, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer management, documentation and onboarding.

•⁠ ⁠Handle technical and software hiring for Windows UI Developers (WinUI, WPF, .NET), Android/iOS Developers, Frontend, Backend, Full Stack Developers, SRE, DevOps, Platform, Cloud and Infrastructure Engineers.

•⁠ ⁠Manage non-technical and IT business hiring, including Tech Sales, IT Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, SDR/BDR, Account Management and Customer Success roles.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct talent mapping, market research, candidate screening and volume hiring.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with clients, hiring managers and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely recruitment closures.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and hiring reports.

•⁠ ⁠Support basic HR operations, employee coordination and limited floor management activities.
