What this Job Entails: The Systems Engineer's responsibilities include working with a team of IT specialists to design, set up and maintain a network of computers, including hardware, software, and system architecture. Scope:

- Endpoint &
- Device Management :
- MacOS endpoint management — enrollment, configuration profiles, patch management, and policy enforcement via MDM (JAMF or equivalent) Troubleshoot and resolve advanced macOS issues; maintain endpoint compliance posture with the security team
- Identity &
- Access Management :
- Administer and troubleshoot Okta —
- SSO, MFA policies, application assignments, and lifecycle management Handle escalated access issues; support and maintain Active Directory accounts, group policies, and Ous
- Network &
- Connectivity : Troubleshoot VPN connectivity via GlobalProtect and Zscaler ZPA/ZIA; apply networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewall rules) to resolve connectivity issues Collaborate with network and security teams on escalated cases requiring deeper infrastructure context

- Serve as escalation point for Microsoft 365 —
- Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and licensing Manage and troubleshoot Zoom Rooms, Zoom Phone, and video conferencing hardware

- Bridge Level 1 service desk and technology service owners; manage complex cross-platform tickets end-to-end Document solutions, create runbooks, and contribute to the knowledge base to reduce repeat escalations Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 5 to 8 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise
- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Experience with computing networks, platforms, and software architectures
- Knowledge and understanding of the definition and traceability of system requirements
- Experience in the implementation of system requirements verification methods
- Experience in the planning of system test activities
- Strong presentation and organizational skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Mental ability to perform engineering problem solving and analytical tasks
- Able to work under project deadlines and associated cost and schedule constraints Physical Demand &
