Position: US IT Recruiter
Location: Jamshedpur, Jharkhand
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Qualification: BBA / MBA / Any Graduate
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)
Shift: US Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
Key Responsibilities
- Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, GitHub and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidate profiles.
- Coordinate with US-based clients, VMS and MSPs.
- Handle candidate submissions and interview scheduling.
- Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment trackers.
What We're Looking For
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of US IT staffing concepts (W2, C2C, 1099, VMS and MSP).
- Solid sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift.
