Hiring: Support & Service Engineer – IT

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to provide remote and on-site technical support to clients.

The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues, along with regular client visits and IT infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS, software, and business applications.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
- Conduct regular client visits for IT support and system maintenance.
- Configure desktops, printers, routers, switches, and other IT devices.
- Manage software updates, patches, and system upgrades.
- Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and internal teams for issue resolution.
- Provide remote support using AnyDesk, TeamViewer, and similar tools.
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries with proper follow-ups.




- Travel across PAN India for client servicing and project support as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or Technical Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Positive understanding of MS Office, Outlook, and Office 365.
- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, IP configuration, routers, and switches.
- Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with remote support tools such as AnyDesk and TeamViewer.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and handle field-based responsibilities.
