Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain NPI Team Lead to oversee end-to-end supply planning and network operations for an assigned business area or product category.

The successful candidate will lead a team of planning professionals, ensuring effective supply execution, inventory management, supplier coordination, planning data accuracy, and operational continuity.

This role will drive the successful execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, coordinating product launches across sales, distribution, suppliers, and internal operations. The individual will also champion digital planning solutions, process improvements, and operational excellence to improve supply chain efficiency, responsiveness, and time-to-market.

## Key Responsibilities

- Lead the day-to-day activities of Senior Analysts and Analysts, ensuring effective supply execution, inventory performance, and planning accuracy.
- Oversee supply planning, inventory management, sourcing coordination, and master data management.
- Ensure operational execution aligns with agreed service delivery standards, business objectives, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate New Product Introduction activities, ensuring supply chain readiness and smooth product launches across sales and distribution channels.
- Identify,



assess, and resolve supply risks, operational constraints, and planning exceptions to maintain uninterrupted product availability.
- Collaborate with demand planning, supply planning, procurement, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure end-to-end supply chain coordination.
- Maintain accurate planning parameters, master data, documentation, and system records.
- Drive the adoption of digital planning tools, analytics dashboards, and automation solutions.
- Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, planning governance, and master data management requirements.
- Prepare and communicate data-driven performance reports, operational updates, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Establish business continuity plans and operational backup procedures.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support the professional development of team members.

## Required Qualifications and Experience
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
- 7–11 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management, Supply Planning,



or Network Operations.
- Strong experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) and supply chain readiness for product launches.
- Previous experience leading or supervising supply chain planning teams.
- Solid understanding of inventory management, demand and supply planning, sourcing coordination, and supplier management.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external business partners.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, planning systems, master data management, and operational performance metrics.
- Experience using digital supply chain planning tools, analytics dashboards, and automation solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
