About the RoleKesar Bazaar is seeking an experienced, responsible and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the overall operations of our supermarket. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent organisational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for managing daily store operations, leading the team, maintaining operational standards and ensuring a smooth and successful shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the supermarket.
- Lead, motivate and manage the store team to achieve operational goals.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, ordering and replenishment.
- Ensure effective product merchandising, pricing and store presentation.
- Manage sales performance, budgets and operational expenses.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and product quality.




- Ensure efficient stock rotation and minimise product wastage.

- Previous experience in supermarket, grocery or retail management.
