Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our Kids Wear Retail Store in Jalandhar. The ideal candidate should have strong retail management skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to drive sales while ensuring excellent customer service.

The candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, leading the sales team, maintaining inventory, achieving sales targets, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly and daily sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize productivity.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, and merchandise availability.
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising and store presentation as per brand standards.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.




- Prepare daily sales reports and analyze store performance.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure proper stock handling, inward and outward processes, and loss prevention.
- Conduct regular team briefings and product knowledge training.
- Ensure the store maintains company policies, operational standards, and hygiene.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in retail store management.
- Previous experience in Kids Wear, Fashion, Apparel, or Lifestyle Retail will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good understanding of retail sales, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Target-oriented with the ability to achieve business goals.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and retail billing/POS systems.
