Role Description The Store Manager role at Adi's Pizza is a full-time, on-site position based in KHARGHAR ( NAVI MUMBAI) .

The Store

Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including managing staff schedules, supervising shift activities, and ensuring adherence to quality and hygiene standards. This role involves monitoring inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and managing cash handling and basic financial reporting.

Manager will focus on delivering excellent customer service, resolving guest concerns, and driving sales and profitability. The position also includes training team members, maintaining store cleanliness and safety,



and implementing company policies and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications

- Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and management.
- Store Management capabilities to oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and workflow efficiency.
- Retail Loss Prevention skills to minimize shrinkage and maintain accurate inventory and cash control.
- Proven experience in retail, food service, or restaurant management, preferably in a quick-service or casual dining setting.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, handle conflicts, and maintain a collaborative work culture.
- Basic understanding of sales metrics, inventory management systems, and point-of-sale operations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by store operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or business management is an advantage.
