Role Description The STEM Trainer Intern is a full time hybrid role based in Faridabad, with a mix of on-site training sessions and some work-from-home tasks. In this role, the intern supports the design and delivery of STEM, robotics, AI, and coding workshops in schools and partner institutions, including preparing lesson plans, teaching aids, and hands-on activities. The intern assists in setting up and maintaining STEM labs, demonstrating educational kits and tools, and guiding students through practical experiments and projects.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting interactive sessions, resolving basic technical issues,



documenting student progress, and coordinating with teachers and school staff to align activities with curriculum objectives. The intern may also contribute to content development, training materials, and feedback reports to improve the learning experience.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational knowledge in STEM disciplines, such as science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
- Basic understanding of robotics, electronics, and microcontroller-based kits (e.g., Arduino, similar platforms).
- Exposure to programming concepts and coding in languages commonly used for education (e.g., Scratch, Python, block-based coding).
- Interest or experience in emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, drones, AR/VR, or 3D printing.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, engaging way.
- Strong classroom management, facilitation, and collaboration skills when working with students and teachers.
- Ability to plan and organize workshops, maintain training equipment, and document activities and outcomes clearly.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in engineering, computer science, education, or a related field.
- Enthusiasm for education, mentoring young learners, and promoting creativity and problem-solving through hands-on learning.
- Willingness to travel within Faridabad and nearby areas for school-based sessions, and to work in a
