Role & responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly.

- Take food and beverage orders.

- Serve food and beverages professionally.

- Set up tables according to hotel standards.

- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and hygiene.

- Prepare and arrange buffet setups.

- Follow proper table-setting procedures.

- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams.

- Handle guest requests and complaints politely.

- Transparent and reset tables after service.

- Maintain crockery, cutlery and glassware.

- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

- Ensure guest satisfaction.
