? Position: State Trainer – IT / Hardware Products

? Experience: 4+ Years

About the RoleWe are looking for experienced State Trainers with a strong technical background in IT hardware, smart classroom solutions, and educational technology products.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, technical training, implementation support, and end-user training for schools, teachers, distributors, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct product demonstrations and hands-on technical training on laptops, tablets, interactive flat panels, and smart classroom equipment.
- Train teachers, school staff, distributors, resellers, and channel partners on product features, specifications, and usage.
- Explain product installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting procedures.
- Conduct pre-sales product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Support post-sales onboarding, product implementation, and end-user training.
- Identify training gaps and conduct refresher sessions whenever required.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth product implementation.
- Maintain training records, feedback, and regular activity reports.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and other stakeholders.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory for training and implementation activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Technical Training, IT Training, Product Training, or Hardware Training.
- Prior experience in the EdTech industry or IT Hardware sector is essential.
- Hands-on knowledge of laptops, tablets, interactive flat panels, and smart classroom solutions.
- Experience in conducting product demonstrations and technical training sessions.
- Understanding of product installation, implementation, and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with teachers, school management, distributors, and channel partners.
- Good stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
