This is a Hybrid role.

Responsibilities

- Build React front-end components and .NET APIs.
- Develop business logic using C#, SQL Server, and REST APIs.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications built with ASP.NET, JavaScript, CSS, and SQL Server.
- Design secure, scalable solutions using proven design patterns and SOLID principles.
- Break down complex requirements into deliverable work with accurate estimates.
- Troubleshoot production and support issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions.
- Develop automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Conduct code reviews and collaborate through Git-based workflows.
- Use AI-assisted development tools effectively, including creating prompts and validating generated code, tests, documentation, and technical recommendations.
- Identify and correct inaccurate, insecure, inefficient, or low-value AI-generated output, including repetitive prompt loops, hallucinations, and excessive token consumption.
- Establish development best practices and evaluate new technologies and approaches.




- Translate technical concepts into clear recommendations for Product Owners, Support, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Manage and track work through Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with global teams through Microsoft Teams, email, and virtual meetings.
- This is a full-time role based in our Pune, India office with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Multiple years of experience developing web applications using some or all of:
- ASP.NET
- React
- C#
- .NET Core / .NET Framework
- SQL Server
- REST APIs
- Microservices
- Experience mentoring junior developers.
- Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, software architecture, and root cause analysis.
- Experience using Git and Azure DevOps in an Agile development workplace.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies.
- Ability to craft effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated code, designs, and recommendations.
- Ability to recognize incorrect assumptions, security risks, inefficient solutions, and unproductive AI interaction patterns.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.
