About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior PPC Specialist / Team Leader to lead and scale paid advertising campaigns for B2B and B2C clients. You will own PPC end to end, from strategy and execution to optimisation, reporting and team leadership, to drive leads, revenue and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy: Build PPC strategies and growth roadmaps for lead generation and eCommerce. This includes market and competitor research, audience segmentation, budget planning and KPI setting.
- Campaign Management: Run Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, Video/YouTube and Remarketing campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads. Handle keyword research, ad copy, A/B testing, bidding and Quality Score improvement across multiple accounts.
- Optimisation: Track and improve CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate and impression share. Fix bottlenecks in keywords, ads, audiences and landing pages.
- Tracking & Analytics: Set up and troubleshoot GA4, GTM, Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta Pixel and CAPI, and UTM and attribution models.
- Landing Page & CRO: Recommend improvements to messaging, CTAs, UX, speed and forms, and support A/B testing with the design and development teams.
- Reporting & Budgets: Deliver weekly,



monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights. Manage budgets, pacing and forecasts, and scale winning campaigns.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor PPC Executives and Specialists, review their work, run account audits, and set SOPs and quality standards.
- Innovation: Keep up with platform updates, AI-driven advertising, automation, scripts and advanced bidding.

Requirements

- 46+ years of hands-on PPC experience, including B2B and B2C, lead generation and eCommerce
- Proven experience leading or mentoring a PPC team
- Experience managing significant ad budgets across multiple client accounts
- Expert in Google Ads. Solid in Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, attribution and CRO
- Strong in Excel, Google Sheets and reporting dashboards. Looker Studio is a plus
- Preferred certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation and project management skills, with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset

You Will Be Measured On Qualified leads, conversion volume, CPL, CPA, ROAS, revenue growth, conversion rate, campaign profitability, client retention and satisfaction, team performance, and overall marketing ROI.
