Join our team as a Full-Time Sr.Physical Design Engineer in Physical Design and help shape the next generation of VLSI professionals.

Based in BTM Layout, Bangalore, this role involves conducting classroom training sessions, designing comprehensive learning materials, and developing practical, industry-relevant projects to enhance students' technical expertise and job readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver end-to-end Physical Design training programs, including classroom sessions, hands-on laboratory exercises, and practical projects.
- Prepare learners for industry opportunities by imparting in-depth technical knowledge to face interview and practical implementation skills.
- Oversee practical training activities and provide technical guidance during lab sessions and project execution.
- Work closely with lab instructors to ensure smooth delivery of hands-on training.
- Take ownership of developing, maintaining, and upgrading training content, lab exercises, and projects in line with current VLSI industry trends.
- Provide individual mentoring and career guidance while helping students strengthen their communication, interpersonal, and professional skills.

Required Technical Skills:

Academic Profiles

- 10 –20 years of experience in teaching or academic institutions.




- Strong fundamentals in VLSI and Physical Design.
- Physical Design professionals with 10–20 years of relevant industry experience.
- Hands-on expertise in block-level and full-chip-level implementation.
- Proven experience in tape-out activities across technology nodes such as 7nm, 10nm, and 14nm etc.
- Practical working knowledge of leading EDA platforms, including Synopsys, Cadence, and Siemens EDA.
- Possesses strong ownership, self-motivation, and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to delivering results independently.
- Capable of mentoring and nurturing junior engineers through technical guidance, constructive feedback, and continuous support.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and foster a knowledge-sharing culture.
