Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Floor Operations: Drive end-to-end processing of daily inbound (receiving/stocking) and outbound (picking, packaging, and dispatching) orders to consistently hit target Turnaround Times (TAT).

2. Team Leadership: Manage, train, and track the performance of a high-volume team consisting of on-roll and off-roll associates, picker/packers, and material handlers (ranging from 30 to 100+ workers).

3. Inventory Control & System Alignment: Supervise routine physical counts, handle data reconciliation within the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and troubleshoot stock discrepancies to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.

4. Process Excellence & Layout Planning: Implement floor layout plans to maximize space utilization, streamline picking paths, and maintain an organized, hazard-free workspace.

5. Compliance & Safety: Champion a strict "Zero Accident" setting by ensuring absolute compliance with local safety regulations,



material handling procedures, and internal audit points.

6. Roster & Manpower Management: Effectively plan shift rotations, manpower allocations, and resource requirements, especially during high-volume peak periods like the Big Billion Days (BBD)
