Position: D365 Finance & SCM Lead / Solution Architect

Experience: 7 to 10 years of overall ERP experience, with solid experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management having done multiple implementations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior D365 Finance & SCM professional who can combine functional expertise, solution ownership, project delivery, team leadership and client management.

The candidate will be responsible for leading D365 FO engagements, guiding the functional team, managing client expectations and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead D365 Finance & SCM implementations, enhancements, upgrades and support engagements.
- Conduct requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis and design scalable D365 solutions.
- Provide strong functional expertise across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Projects, Costing and related SCM processes.
- Lead functional teams, allocate work, review deliverables and mentor consultants.
- Own implementation and functional delivery including UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
- Act as the senior functional point of contact for clients and manage escalations.




- Work with Project Managers on planning, estimation, risks, dependencies, compliance and delivery governance.
- Support pre-sales through solution discussions, estimations, proposals and client presentations through contract closure.
- Drive best practices, process standardization and continuous improvement within the D365 practice.

Required Skills

- 7-10 years of ERP experience with significant D365 FO / AX experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of D365 Finance & SCM.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation / upgrade / migration projects.
- Proven experience in team leadership and delivery management.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Good solution design and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with AX 2012 to D365 migration, Consulting, Power Platform, integrations or pre-sales would be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate A senior D365 professional who can independently handle: Client Solution Team Delivery and can act as a trusted senior consultant to both the client and the internal D365 team.
