We are looking for a Senior Client Servicing Executive who can independently manage client relationships, understand their requirements, and ensure smooth execution of projects by coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day client communication and build strong client relationships.
- Understand client briefs and coordinate with internal teams for execution.
- Handle multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of work.
- Work closely with Creative, Strategy, and Influencer teams.
- Manage client feedback, presentations, and campaign updates.
- Take ownership of client requirements and resolve issues proactively.
- Coordinate on project budgets, estimates, and payment follow-ups.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in an advertising or digital marketing agency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, branding, and advertising.
- Solid coordination and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects independently.
- A proactive attitude with good problem-solving skills.
