Your job responsibilities include

- Build &
- Lead L&D; Function:

Establish the L&D; department, policies, and frameworks by aligning with the company’s mission, vision, and CEO’s strategic direction.
- Design Structured Onboarding Programs &
- Training Calendar: Develop comprehensive onboarding training, prepare an annual training calendar, upload all relevant modules to the LMS platform, and ensure maximum participation and completion across the organization.
- Training Needs Assessment (TNA): Conduct periodic Training Needs Assessments (TNA) across all Portfolios. Collaborate with Portfolio Owners and HC to identify skill gaps and future workforce capabilities. Effectively do competency mapping, and learning effectiveness measurement. Evaluate organizational and individual performance to recommend targeted training interventions.
- Design &
- Deliver Learning Programs: Create and implement training programs for technical & functional skills, behavioral & leadership development, and onboarding programs
- Regulatory Training &
- Compliance: Ensure 100% completion of all industry-mandated training required by regulatory authorities, keep audit-ready records, and regularly update programs to reflect changes in regulations critical to business operations with the compliance officer &

- Employee Engagement:



Design and implement initiatives that reinforce company values, enhance employee engagement, and create a robust sense of belonging across the organization. Design programs that build growth mindset, employee motivation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Build Emotional Safety: Develop structured counselling and coaching programs, provide one-on-one support, and create safe spaces for employees to voice concerns.
- Performance Measurement &
- Continuous Improvement: Develop clear metrics to assess training effectiveness, gather regular feedback, maintain detailed training records for audit readiness, and implement continuous improvements to enhance the quality and impact of all L&D; programs.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with leadership Team and HC to support business objectives through targeted L&D; initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor on talent development and succession planning.
- Technology &
- Innovation: Leverage e-learning tools, blended learning, and digital content for scalable solutions. Stay updated with latest L&D; trends and regulatory training updates.
- Stakeholder/Vendor Partnerships: Partner with leadership and external experts to deliver high-quality programs within budget.
