Role Summary

You will support talent acquisition activities for Arvind Global Capability Center Pvt. Ltd. in Ahmedabad. In this onsite, full time individual contributor role, you will help execute recruitment processes, coordinate with stakeholders, maintain hiring records, and support timely closure of open positions within the HR-GCC function. You will work with defined deliverables, follow established hiring processes, and contribute to a smooth candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Responsibilities

- You will support end-to-end recruitment coordination for assigned hiring requirements within the HR-GCC function.
- You will source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and hiring guidelines.
- You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure timely follow-up across stages.




- You will maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and documentation for ongoing hiring activities.
- You will support hiring managers and HR stakeholders with scheduling, process updates, and offer-related coordination.
- You will monitor recruitment progress, flag delays, and help close open actions within defined timelines.
- You will ensure process compliance by following approved hiring workflows, documentation standards, and confidentiality requirements.
- You will contribute to a positive candidate experience through clear communication and skilled coordination.
