The primary focus is the hands-on design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement of AI agents, Cursor applications, copilots, automations, and reusable AI solutions. This person turns approved business concepts into secure, maintainable, production-ready solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

The role provides practical technical recommendations and works within approved enterprise architecture, data, security, privacy, responsible AI, and governance requirements. It does not own the AI CoE, enterprise AI strategy, future-state architecture, technology standards, or organisational governance.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience with one or more of the following:



• Microsoft Copilot • GitHub Copilot • Cursor • Azure OpenAI • Azure AI Foundry • Microsoft Copilot Studio • ChatGPT APIs • Claude APIs • LangChain • LangGraph • Semantic Kernel • AutoGen or comparable agent frameworks

- Strong hands-on problem-solving and delivery mindset. • Curiosity and a practical approach to experimentation. • Explicit communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the AI Program Manager, reviewers, and business stakeholders. • Ability to manage ambiguity, surface risks, and move approved work toward measurable outcomes. • Commitment to documentation, maintainability, quality, and operational ownership.
