- BASLP, MASLP, or MSc in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

- Experience working with children with developmental delays and disabilities, especially in early intervention and pediatric settings.

- Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children and parents.

- High levels of compassion, patience, and empathy while supporting children and their families.

- Sound knowledge of speech, language, feeding, and communication assessment tools, therapy techniques, and neurodevelopmental disorders.

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team (psychologists, special educators, OTs, physiotherapists, etc.).

- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work with children from diverse family and social backgrounds.
