Job Responsibilities

Manage daily spare parts inventory and stock levels.

Maintain proper records of spare parts inward and outward.

Ensure availability of spare parts for service requirements.

Coordinate with service technicians and the service team.

Prepare spare parts requisitions and purchase requests.

Monitor stock shortages and maintain minimum stock levels.

Conduct regular stock verification.

Handle spare parts billing and inventory reports.

Ensure proper storage and arrangement of spare parts.
