Role Description The Sourcing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara, responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers for bulk spices and packaging materials. This position involves collecting and analyzing supplier quotes, assessing quality and compliance with technical specifications, and coordinating sample approvals and order confirmations.

The Sourcing

Executive will support contract negotiations, maintain supplier databases, monitor delivery timelines, and work closely with procurement, logistics,



and quality teams to ensure reliable supply. The role also includes market research on pricing and availability, preparing sourcing reports, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align sourcing decisions with business needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for comparing supplier offers, evaluating quality parameters, and supporting data-driven sourcing decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders, and to document specifications clearly.
- Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation and Procurement skills to manage commercial terms, secure favorable conditions, and oversee purchase processes.
- Candidates should possess basic Recruiting skills to help identify and onboard new suppliers or service partners when needed.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, commerce, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in agri-commodities, food ingredients, or export-oriented businesses is an advantage.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and sourcing or ERP tools, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are beneficial.
